Day 4: Visits to Berkeley’s Haas, 500 Global, AWS Startup Loft

On Day 4, our founders had the opportunity to visit 500 Global, UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and AWS Startup Loft in San Francisco. It was a day full of event!

The visit to Haas School of Business gave exposure to the group on the lean methodologies for startups to scale exponentially. This is a business school that was ranked No. 11 in their MBA Programs and our founders were very fortunate to have met the leaders of the school.

Our founders also visited AWS Startup loft, that is a co-working space that offers a space, resources, tech support to startups looking to grow their business using AWS technologies. The visitation brought for a discussion centered around the growth of AI startups, particularly in the field of generative AI. It is a growing field of business that currently comprises half of YC’s recent batch of startups.

Finally, one of the visitation was 500 Global VC firm where our founders participate in a roundtable discussion with Leonard Lee, the Head of Accelerator Ops, who kindly hosted and led the session for our startups. The discussion provided valuable information about 500 Global’s investment preferences and the resources and support available to its portfolios.
