Day 1: SelectUSA Investment Summit Highlights

Our Founders represented Boxcube Group and Malaysia in participating the first day of the 2023 SelectUSA Investment Summit in Maryland. Together with them, there were a delegate of 27 brilliant minds, including startup ecosystem players, VCs, and 10 other innovation Malaysian Startups.

On that day, Dato’ Teng Chang Khim, Selangor EXCO for Industry and Trade led the contingency of Malaysian Startups during the event. Our founders had also participated in a roundtable discussion hosted by Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Asia Pamela Phan and United States Senior Official for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Matthew Murray.

The discussion is held to hear directly from company leaders of the APEC region in technology and sustainability about the opportunities they see and the key challenges they face while establishing their business in the United States.

The first day gave everyone a rich experience as there were other business meetings, featuring counterparts from Kansas, the US Investment Academy, and the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan (ITRI)
